Introducing Self-Service Logistics!
With Self-Service Logistics, you can manage your character anytime during gameplay hours! Was your character Ghouled, Embraced, Diablerized, or killed? You don't have to wait for a Staff member, just login to your Biomechine Profile and manage your characters instantly anytime!

Computer Location: varies depending on the venue

Staff Availability: the Club Crimson Staff members will be playing their characters and will periodically check the Logistics counter. You can ask a Staff member for assistance anytime.
Event Check-In
Everyone who attends an event must check in so we know you are on the premises. Login to your Biomechine Profile, click Check-In and submit the Check In Code. You will automatically be awarded 2 Player Points that you can spend on any Club Crimson character anytime. An additional 4 Player Points will be awarded if you RSVP'd for the event.

Event Cover Charge: You can pay with a credit card via PayPal located in the Event section of your Biomechine Profile. If you wish to pay cash, a drop box will be located at the Logistics counter.
Weapons Check
ALL foam weapons (foam shooters and boffers) must meet the Weapons Specifications defined here. Foam weapons may be checked at the door, but we are trusting you to a) bring an appropriate foam weapon, and b) as a player of the game, police yourself and other players on weapons and rules. Club Crimson Staff members reserve the right to disallow the use of any foam weapon for any reason.
Game Provided Items
Such items are non-existent in Club Crimson. There are no tags for any item or prop. Any assets you wish your character to have, you simply need to represent it through props or other characters played by other players. Character money is represented by Monopoly money, or used gift cards, and you can bring as much of it as best fits your character.
Character Sheets?
Your character sheet is the data stored in the database on this website. You do not need to carry a paper character sheet on your person while playing the game. However, since it may be helpful to have your character information handy for reference, the ability to print is available. Or go paperless! View your character online with your smart phone!

No character sheets? What about cheaters?
We recognize that if someone is going to cheat, they will whether they have a character sheet or not. If you suspect another player of cheating, please inform a Logistics Staff member who will be able to check the character in question in the online database.
