A suitable costume is very, very easy to put together and on a budget too! All the basics for men and women can be found at a thrift store, or even your own closet. Here are two examples of a simple costume:

When looking for basic clothing, focus on plain or pinstripe patterns in natural colors. And jeans are allowed.

For shoes, it is recommended that you wear shoes that will keep your feet comfortable and dry since the game is played outdoors at a campsite. Just about any boot such as cowboy, biker, gothic, and grandma, are easy to find, but please wear what's comfortable, even if it is tennis shoes.

Remember the steampunk aspect that adds a fantasy element allowing a costume to go beyond the historical norm and explore the historical weird that never was.
