Sponsored LARP Games
Anyone who is interested in running a LARP, whether a one-shot, a series of one-shots, or a continuous story, may utilize the resources available through Biomechine. This is geared toward individuals who wish to run a game but does not have the resources to do so on their own. Established games will be considered on a case by case basis.
This means the following:
1 - Use of our BSA charter for campsites and insurance.
2 - A forum on the Biomechine board under Sponsored LARPs with full moderator permissions. We will not moderate these forums in any way, unless changes are needed that only a Board Admin can perform, and only when we are asked by the LARP organizer(s) to do so.
3 - Ability to upload documents via the forum on the Biomechine board. Some file types cannot be uploaded via phpbb such as .pdf. In those cases, we will manually upload the file to my host server.
4 - Use of the Biomechine Inventory as loaned items
The LARP organizer(s) may choose to use or not use any of these offerings as they wish.
Other then signing any needed BSA paperwork for campsite rentals, Biomechine does not run sponsored games nor are we involved in them in any way outside of being players, unless of course we are asked by the organizer(s) of the LARP in question to be a member of their Staff.
Biomechine also will not discriminate against the kind of LARP the organizer(s) want to run as a LARP is a LARP regardless of our personal tastes. We will sponsor any LARP game.
